At Shiro Luxe, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are non-refundable.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shiroluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
